There is totally something wrong with the site, but I think Jayson is working on getting it fixed.

Welcome to the new guy...you know Stines and Roy wouldn't steer you wrong...well, maybe they would, but not on something as efficient, effective and cool as CrossFit!

note: since the WOD mentions nothing about doing this for time, rest as much as you would like after each exercise. 3-5 minutes will probably be the average. The DL's will be the same as you would do on 3 rep max for 5 sets days. Add weight as desired. Oh yeah the weblog is screwed up. I have a work order hanging out to fix it but no response yet.

Pathetic I know. We didn't know where we were at for a three rep max so I think we started to light. Could have gone heavier on deadlift. Hand stand push-ups however we just suck at. We have been boycotting handstand pushups but we are onboard now. Hope to see improvements with them. Sam is too embarrassed to post (and I should be as well) but he did the same as me. Bonus! found an indoor gun range within a half mile of the house. Look out Stines, I'm gonna get that score up and try it again on my next trip.

Got to miss this wod. Too much going on today (p.74 in the pocket guide of excuses). Plan to get back at it tomorrow. Good to see new name(s)......Maxedon. You can't go wrong with this stuff. Hope to see Benton on here soon. He's talking about it. Spence, you talking about the range at Great Outdoors?
