Now 192lbs (Thanks to the Zone--Jayson I finally figured it out, or am starting to.)
SHoulder Press--Last CFT I think Sam and I were doing more of a Push Press This time did strict shoulder press--145lbs
Back Squat--285 no change
Deadlift-355 PR
Total-785

I'm glad this came around again. I've been curious as to what improvement I would see.

BS: 155 (pr)
SP: 75
DL: 175 (pr)
Total: 405
April 5th:
BS:135
SP:60

BS: 225 (pr 245)
SP: 135 (pr 145)
DL: 305 (pr 315)
Total: 665
While this is a slight improvement over my last CFT(635), I have higher single rep PR's in all these events??? Not today I guess.

BS: 295 still think I'm not getting low enough (not very flexible need to spend more time working on form with a lighter weight), SP 135 PR, DL 335 PR
