2 pood = 72#.
If you don't have a 72#. kettle bell lying around, I have in the past taken 2 25# and 2 10# plates and zip tied/duct taped them together to create a "ghetto bell". A 70# DB is an option as well, but hard to hold.

That is the worst wod I have ever done.
I don't know if it was the 85 degrees outside or the 72# swings but it sucked from the moment the clock started to the last rep!
Don't have a GHD yet so I did anchored military style sit-ups and good mornings with 45# barbell for back extensions.
