I had to scale this of course.
Did 70# thrusters and 70# pull-ups.

P.U- 4,3,3,4,5
Burpees- 7,5,6,6,6 -- total = 86

Nut- subbed 25# for pu's and 95# for thrusters
thrusters- 5,5,7,5,6
P.U- 6,5,5,5,5
Burpees- 4,5,5,4,5 --total = 77

Roy "Superman" As Rx'd! (that is with Gold's Gym weights though :))

Burpees - 8,6,6,6,6 --total = 100

Awesome workout! thrusters were the killer for us! (and the P.U. for me and Nut) 50# next time....yeah right!

I have found my main weakness on all wod's revolves around squats. I was sucking on the thrusters today. Press was good, squat not so much.
