didn't do Nancy, but i did Helen 3rds of 400 meter run, 21 kettle bell swings and 12 pull ups time was 12:50

15 broomstick OHS

First encounter with OHS. Did 45# a few times during warm up, but I wanted to work on form so I did the WOD with the broomstick.
I've been called out by some guys in my gym for not doing "real" pull-ups. They just don't understand the kip I guess. I'll just keep laughing, kipping and crossfitting while they stand around and watch themselves do bicep curls in the mirror.

Did as RX'd but unable to get a good time due to crowded gym conditions. Gym's on military posts are not CrossFit friendly.
They do like it if you do a lot of curls and cable flies though.
