Was gonna stop at 355 but just hd to push it. My PR on DL is only 435lb for 1 rep so im happy with this.

Since my hands were ripped from yesterday's wod. I "unwisely" made up a wod for today...not smart. Name is still in the works. For right now I'll call it "Hell".

Weights were easy until I got to 405, then I felt a small burn so I had to quit. I might have to try "hell" some day it sounds tough. Happy crossfitting, 3, 2, 1, go!
