Note: There are several videos on the main site about proper deadlift form. If you master this lift you will have built a firm foundation for all of your olympic lifts. Since this is not a timed WOD focus on your technique.

Everyone remember to drop the bar as loudly as possible and yell after every rep. Screw left wing pinko commies usually works pretty well. This will probably result in your first conversation with Gym management.

355 was definetely the wall, just couldn't do it...but soon.

Back was so I dropped down to maintain form.
I didn't count the failed reps.
310 is my PR but not today.
Sam, are you sure your only 5'9 and 152lbs?
