Note: As you will see in the vids GHD sit-ups and back extensions are technique driven movements. If this is you first exposure to a GHD, sacrifice your time for the technique and scale back reps if needed.

No GHD Rack. Had to sub for steep incline sit-ups. Weak core--Had to scale as well.

Today I was not a "Kill You" Today I WAS killed. Gotta do more core stuff...

I can't wait to do this...I know I can beat that time. So much for being a walking, running, sitting, flying, whatever you can think of "Kill You". Weak.

No GHD at work so I used a 45# barbell for good mornings and elevated sit-up bench to highest mark (about 45 degrees)
