I did ring pull-ups which counteracted my kip other than that it was as RX'd
12 1/2 no pull ups, a little puke
Sam, dude you pulled 14 with no kip...if you get a kip you will be untouchable.

Decided to take a few days off to recoup. Glad to back though. Shouldn't have come back on this day though ha ha ha.

I only did 8 but it was 2 hours after the 5 second taser ride. Man my back is killing me.

well I screwed myself I thought when I read it this morning it said 15 65# thrusters and 10 pull ups......oh well. Keel let me know how that figures out in the grand scheme of things do I get credit for the extra 40 thrusters or what?
