Sit ups sucked and pull ups tore my hands up! Ouch!

Man Stines, that's a great improvement for less than 2 months time.
BW 140
pull-ups: 4:45
50@70# (lifting 70#)
50@80# (lifting 60#)
push-ups: 5:09
sit-ups: 4:25
squats: 2:31
Total time: 16:50
I definitely see where my weakness is. I hope to do all kipping pullups next time! Ok, maybe 50!
On March 1:
Total time: 16:45
Did 100/110# on pull-ups (30# improvement)
Broke all exercises into 2 rounds of 50. (loser, I know)
Only did 75 sit-ups due to loss of skin and the pain it brought. ha

Yeah Jennie that would have been an awesome improvement for less than a month ago but the last time I did this wod was on Dec. 10 last year. Wish it was a month ago and I could have improvements like that!!
Posted by: JStines | April 25, 2008 at 07:41 AM
Oh crap. I though you probably did it as prescribed on March 1. That really would have been less than 2 months ago. Oh well, it's still a great improvement. Good job.
