Can't climb a rope yet so I did 5 pullups for every 1 rope ascent.

21 40# Thrusters
60 Gravitron Pullups (2/3 BW)
15 40# Thrusters
45 Pullups
9 40# Thrusters
30 Pullups

don't have a rope here, so i substituted pull ups for each ascent. and after the first round dropped down to 95lb on the thrusters

i'm guessing the rope is tough.
