**Had to pull this out of my crossfit journal from before I started using the site exclusively as my record keeper**
Modified "Nate"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
2 muscle ups (subbed 6 pull ups & 6 dips @ 90 lb assist)
4 HSPU (subbed elevated pushups for 1st 6 rounds, then girl push ups the rest of the time)
8 2 pood KB swings (subbed 30# DB swings)
13 rounds with 16 sec's remaining
