due to the amount of bars this workout used (5 people would require 15 bars. Did 21-15-9 handstand PU ,Ring dip ,and Push up for 15:52

I'm not even close to being able to do Linda as Rx'd so I did...
Deadlift: 90
Bench press: 65
Clean: 65
25:35
First time doing a deadlift so 90 was good, but I could have done a little more on the other 2. Next time.

Started DL at 225 for 10 & 9 set then dropped to 185 for remaining sets. All cleans at 115. Couldn't get to a bench so I did a million pullups and climbed a baby rope while chanting Obama is a commie.

just under the 20 min amrk for 25-15-9 HSPU, ring dips, push ups. i actually finished stronger than i started. thats the point of this right? tommorow is going to be a MF'er
