I couldn't get to the dip machine a couple times so I had to do them off of a bench on 3 rounds and I did 20 on those rounds to compensate for the lack of difficulty. Time could have been better if I weren't at a gym where people are literally everywhere and all the equipment is located in stupid places for crossfit workouts.

Spencer and I were alternating between stations and he was slowing me down or I would have had a sub 9.
