I actually am starting to like the 5K days. Ran 5K and then spent the rest of the day doing 80lb thrusters with cement bags. Damn truck is lifted a little too high. Can't move, fence is only half way done and I have black cement boogers. 3-2-1-zzzzzzzzzz
