this work out kicked my ass.
snatches as rx'd
pullups reduced to jumping by 2nd round
left hand reduced to bloody mess by 3rd
time was somewhere over 15 min. most likely
way over. on the bright side I haven't been killed
by tornados yet.

New to dumbell snatches-used 25lb to work on form. L-pullups to start quickly progressed to kipping, forgot to time, died and went to hell somehwere between the last set and the showers. I think next time I'd rather take that tornado Ashley, this one killed me

I'm an idiot...
I went with 30 lb dumbell b/c thats all I have at home... for some reason I couldn't get 40 outta my head so I was doing 40 snatches and wondering how in the hell the 2 of you finished this, then I finally figured it out on round 2. The pullups sucked and I was on round 2 and the 2nd set of kipping pulls when the rain started and lightening struck near by. Since my pull up bar is all metal conduit outside. I decided my time was no longer important and I went inside to do push up and lunges. I will make it up on rest day.
