Ran on eliptical instead of treadmill. It was at 6am also!

I can't beleive this workout is back already...and with the added back extensions. 25:36 Where you at Jennie? Was Eva and all those shoulder presses too much for ya? Hope you're ready for UFC, Lost, and a whole lotta video games......

Since it was snowing, 30 degrees, and 30 knot wind gusts. I decided to substitute a "Dirty 30", so I didn't run have to run outside.
30 reps each of:
-walking lunges (15 ea. leg)
-K2E's
-HSPU's
-box jumps
-pull-ups
-35# KB swings
-ring dips
-SP w/ 45# BB
-Halo's w/ 45# plate (15L/15R)
-burpees

33:20 not the fastest but i felt good and finished strong. i am also glad i didnt ride my bike to teh gym like i was planning.
